The latest episode of Deal or No Deal Island (DONDI) should’ve been called, “Return of the Showmance Killer”. But “Throw and Tell” is good too…
SPOILER ALERT: if you haven’t watched the episode yet and you don’t want to be spoiled…you might want to stop reading now.
A showmance brewed and everyone knew, much to MG’s chagrin. Storm, her showmance partner was blissfully unaware. Bless. 🤭 He reminds me of a sweet puppy.

Of course the OG showmance killer notices. 🤭😂
He goes on to say about how a showmance is a hard bond to break.
Meanwhile, David and Parvati are mom and dad (obviously) to a family which includes Dickson and MG. Seychelle says they need to break them up.
During the challenge, they had to rank each other according to who’s the biggest threat in the game. Of course, Dr. Will ranks himself as the biggest threat and thought he was being asked to be in the next Magic Mike movie. 🤭😂😆 I mean…he has a point. 🤭

The challenge was axe throwing at each other in a knockout comp style. Not really at each other…but their faces were on targets and they threw axes at the targets. The biggest threat had the most money and the lowest had the least amount of money. They had to try to become the top two players and the bottom two players, who would be safe. The top player would decide who plays the banker.
Needless to say Dr. Will, Parvati, Seychelle and MG were safe from elimination. Dr. Will got the highest amount in his case ($5 million dollars) so he got to pick. He wanted to go with CK who’s been targeting him, but he picks Dickson instead to break up the family.
Dickson wants to face the banker because wants to have control over his game. Dr. Will says he’s not telling anyone what his decision is. He’s not going to say anything until they’re at the temple.
I’m going to zip it, lock it, put it in my pocket. ~ Dr. Will
Why is he like this? 😭😭😭

Dickson did pretty good at picking and the banker gave him the highest offer so far this season! My biggest complaint is how they always come up with “reasons” why they’re picking each number. I’m sorry, it reminds me of Vanessa (BB17) who always needed to come up with “reasons” to target people. It’s as annoying as houseguests giving shoutouts while voting during live eviction episodes of Big Brother.
Dickson ended up getting the highest case, by adding $5 million dollars to the pot. He made a good deal and beat the banker. He gets to stay and picks Storm to go.

All in all it was a good episode and I’m glad the showmance was broken up. Dr. Will has brought an energy to this season since he’s joined. I can’t explain it.
Those are my thoughts. What are yours?
