The Traitors US: Show Me Your Faces

It’s time for the third and final episode this week titled, “Show Me Your Faces”…whatever that means. I just know it’s a rough episode. You’ll soon find out why – unless you already know. But then you don’t know what I think about what went down.

There’s a lot that happens so let’s get right into, shall we?

As usual, if you don’t want to be spoiled by what happens, then stop scrolling. There are spoilers ahead!

The next morning at breakfast Colton regrets switching his vote from Donna to Porsha. Yam Yam thinks Michael is a traitor. They talk about Ron and how he influenced the votes to banish Porsha instead of Donna. I think he just wanted one of the few people he’s closest to, Donna, to stay. I mean I would do the same. But if this game does one thing, it’s creates paranoia.

Yam Yam makes a snarky comment about Michael still being there. Tiffany tells Michael about Yam Yam thinking Michael is a traitor.

We eventually find out the man, the myth, the legend, Rob C got murdered. He’s especially pissed because he knew it was a murder in plain sight. He has no regrets though.

Rob R says Rob C is smart and he knows what he’s doing. Plus he voted for Michael so he wants to fuel that fire. And…

Candiace is happy because Rob C told her he knew there was going to be a murder in plain sight. The faithfuls think the traitors are going after the gamers.

Yam Yam and Michael: round two. But to be honest, I didn’t pay attention after Michael was complaining about not realizing the traitors could get shields. Did nobody tell him the rules of the game beforehand? Michael and Yam Yam (Team Yam Yam by the way) get into it some more when Michael says he doesn’t play games.

Excuse me, what? He’s literally playing a game right now! THIS is the difference between gamers and all of the rest. The gamers know not to take things personally.

Michael at least admits he’s a “crap trash talker”…emphasis on crap and trash.

Alan comes in to tell them there will be a round table before the mission. So kind of like The Traitors UK (again).

Tiffany sees what’s happening between Yam Yam and Michael and as a gamer, she knows to keep her enemies closer. She tells Michael to chill. They need to get votes instead of arguing in front of everyone.

Everyone wants to go back to their original votes from yesterday, which was Donna.

At the round table, everyone confronts Ron for changing their minds about the vote. It’s not his fault you guys are easily manipulated. 🙄 Ron says he didn’t know there was a consensus because he’s on the outs of the group. It doesn’t mean he’s a traitor. Aw, Ron, I feel for you. (I love his character on Loot.)

It’s Donna’s turn in the hot seat. She doesn’t really talk to people because she’s too busy fangirling. Relatable. I would be too. She brings up the point to look at who is bringing up her name. She tells the group she thinks Michael is a traitor.

Michael says, and I quote;

I’m a faithful faithful. And…if I was to get voted out, I’m going to tell you that I’m the best looking, smartest, dopest faithful faithful…you’ll be doing yourself a disservice.

Michael then accuses Yam Yam of being a traitor and starts singing…

If you’re a traitor and you know it, clap your hands.

But Yam Yam tells him to stop, instead of clapping.

Donna is banished. The only votes not for Donna was Donna’s vote for Michael and Michael’s vote for “Jam”. I’m not joking. He literally spelled it that way. I forgot to grab a screenshot.

In the Circle of Truth, we find out Donna’s a traitor!! She’s the secret traitor!!

I did think it was an older lady, but didn’t think it was her. We see her journey as the secret traitor.

Everyone is happy they caught a traitor. Alan tells them to pair up for the mission. Colton starts calling himself the “traitor hunter”. Down boy, the fans are the ones who come up with nicknames. Ron is the only one who doesn’t get a partner, since there’s an odd number.

Candiace partners up with Tara because she needs her to go far in the game because of her curling iron. 🤣

Again, we’re stealing from The Traitors UK, it’s the cage in the woods, stack ten bones on top of each other mission. Ron is already on the shortlist for murder, since he’s by himself.

Probably the most shocking thing about this mission was: Johnny pulled “a Fiona” by not even finding ten skulls. IYKYK.

The players on the shortlist for murder are; Ron, Lisa (not really since she’s a traitor), Eric, Kristen, and Caroline. They added $25,000 to the pot from the mission.

Before everyone goes to bed, Colton is suspicious of Tiffany. Tiffany is convinced Michael is a traitor.

Lisa joins her fellow traitors up in the turret. They’re happy with how things are going. Now, who to murder face to face?

Unfortunately they leave us with a cliffhanger and we don’t know who the traitors murder. We have to wait a week for the next two episodes! 😭😭😭

What an episode! It’s hard to get my thoughts under control because they’re scattered all over the place. So many highs and lows. I think the traitors are playing a good game overall at this point. Saddened by Rob C’s murder. May he RIP. Surprised Donna was the secret traitor but her shortlists make more sense now.

Colton, I think, is trying to be like his Bachelor Nation buddy, Peter by claiming he’s the traitor hunter. He got lucky. I’m growing increasingly annoyed by how much The Traitors US copies The Traitors UK.

Speaking of being annoyed and grossed out…let me leave you with this. YOU’RE WELCOME! 😁🤣🤭

Until the next time… ✌🏻
